Pickup, Delivery, Shipping and Returns
In the interest of keeping our staff and clients safe and healthy, here are a few things we are doing to assist you while are closed temporarily:
- We will continue to ship and deliver locally to our clients.
- We offer complementary curbside pickup on all orders, and will coordinate pick up times that are convenient for you.
- We offer free delivery to clients in the 60010 and 60047 zip codes.

- Follow us on Instagram and Facebook! If you see something you like, message or call us to purchase.
- We are extending our exchange/store credit policy from 14 days to 30 days through June 2020.
- Shipping fees on U.S. Orders are as follows; $7 flat rate fee for order of $75 or less, $15 for orders of $74-$199, and $25 on orders over $200. Items shipped within Illinois will include the 7.5% sales tax.
- Orders are processed as quickly as possible the day they are received. Most orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next business day, USPS priority with tracking. Please allow 5 business days for processing and shipping.
- Occasionally an item will get damaged in shipping. If that is the case, please notify us immediately and we will reply with further information about what to do next. Please do not dispose of the damaged merchandise or packaging unless instructed to do so. Disposal of the damaged merchandise or packaging without our authorization may void any damage claim and no credit or replacement can be issued.
- Returns are accepted on items that are in the same condition as when we sent them. Items must not be used, worn, or washed and must have all tags and or packaging in place.
- All returns need to be approved by ANUYU before merchandise is sent back. Please contact us for authorization as we may require a photo of the item before returning.
- Website or phone orders can be returned within 7 days of receiving, for a refund on your credit card. Returns must be post marked within this 7 day period, the customer is responsible for return postage. Even exchanges can be made, depending on inventory availability, within 10 days. We recommend you call us right away if you want to exchange sizes, as our selections sell quickly. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

- Store purchases may be returned within 14 days for exchange or store credit. (This policy is being extended to 30 days through June 2020)
- Jewelry, Handbags, Scarves, Sale and Special Orders are considered “Final Sale” and are non-returnable.
- Special Orders are non-refundable and must be paid before order is placed.
- Gift certificates must be redeemed in person.
- We do not offer price adjustments.
- For store promotions; any items being promoted must be purchased during the date(s) of the sale and cannot be extended past that period.
- Many of our items are one of a kind, or available in limited quantities. Occasionally these items will appear available online when they are in fact sold out. We will contact you as soon as possible, to let you know they are unavailable. You will not be charged for items that are not shipped.
